A great part of growing up has been learning not to listen to the voices in my head. It's almost impossible to control our own internal dialogues - the self doubts, the mind that latches onto what if's. Learning to pause and put down these thoughts have made me a much kinder person to myself. While taking ownership that I have the choice to externalize these thoughts lovingly have taught me how to add more kindness to this world.
